Financial Assistance Programs
Med College provides financial aid assistance to qualified applicants. These programs, supported by the U.S. Department of Education, are designed to help individuals with limited financial resources by offering grants. This financial assistance primarily targets students who would otherwise be unable to continue their education. Federal financial aid award is contingent on the availability of funds and the applicant’s financial need.
Additionally, Med College is approved by the State Approving Agency for the enrollment of individuals eligible for Veteran Educational benefits. Vocational Rehabilitation also recognizes it for the enrollment of those eligible for Vocational Rehabilitation benefits.
Furthermore, Med College’s financial office offers payment plans for qualifying students. The choice of a payment plan will be determined by the students in conjunction with the school’s business office before the start of the program.

PELL GRANTS
The Pell Grant is a financial aid program for students attending post-secondary educational institutions who demonstrate financial need. The amount awarded is based on the institution’s costs and the number of enrolled credits.
Students can reapply annually and receive The Student Guide for Financial Aid from the U.S. Department of Education.
Pell Grants do not need to be repaid and are available only to undergraduate students who have not earned a bachelor’s or professional degree. Award amounts vary each year based on financial need and educational costs.
Students are notified of their Federal Pell Grant eligibility through an Institutional Student Information Record (ISIR). This report is electronically transmitted directly to the Institute by the federal processor. The U.S. Department of Education employs a uniform formula to evaluate the information on the student aid application and determine the need index. The ISIR must be reviewed, and eligibility confirmed by the Financial Aid Office to receive an award.
