To be considered for admission into our MRI, RT, or Nursing programs, all applicants must meet the following criteria:
Educational Requirements
- Provide proof of a high school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).
- If you hold a high school diploma from a foreign country, you must provide translated transcripts evaluated for U.S. education equivalency. The evaluations must be conducted by an agency affiliated with AICE, CED, or NACES.
Entrance Examination
- Complete an entrance exam that assesses English Proficiency, Critical Thinking, and General Science.
- Achieve a minimum score of 70% on the English Proficiency section.
- Note: Students applying for the Vocational English as a Second Language (VESL) program must only take the English Proficiency exam.
Interview Process
- Participate in an interview with the Program Director or another designated school official.
Admission Requirements for the VESL Program
Students applying for the Vocational English as a Second Language (VESL) program must meet the following requirements:
- Valid Identification
- Provide a current and valid form of identification.
- Educational or Professional Background
- Submit translated and evaluated transcripts, certifications, or degrees that demonstrate competency in a vocational or professional career.
- Alternatively, a letter of reference outlining relevant knowledge or experience can be provided.
- English Proficiency Test
- Successfully completed an English Proficiency examination.
Admissions Criteria and Process
Admission to our programs is based on a composite score that evaluates performance on all admission criteria, including:
- Entrance examination results
- Interview performance
- Enrollment history obtained through the National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS)
Note: These composite criteria do not apply to the VESL program.
